These were bought during the team sale this year. Pads are in great condition with the exception of a popped seam and a wear spot for the heel strap pocket on one leg, all elastics and straps are in good condition. Blocker palm shows signs of use but there are no holes or excessive wear points. Glove is a practice palm and is nicely broken in, closes better than a fresh game ready + true glove I just received. I'd like these pads to go to a good home and get some use instead of just sitting in my garage looking good. It features high-density foam for better ice sealing and a traditional shin and boot construction for powerful movements. The innovative Fast Rotation System (FRS) allows for quick calf strap adjustments, maximizing stability and responsiveness in the crease.

So for players who want a pad that's connected to their legs, True came out with this strapping system and nicknamed it the FRS or the "fast rotation system". They're very light and have a great feel on the body. The main selling point of True is that it's made in one factory in Montreal. Some people like to know that, say, Jordan Binnington of the St. Louis Blues, his gear is being built directly next to theirs by the same designers. People are willing to wait longer and pay more for that kind of craftsmanship.
