CCM Goalie Chest Protector Senior

For years, the Reebok Premier 1 chest & arm protector has been the choice of a large number of NHL pros. Though it hasn't been available for retail for a number of years, CCM has brought it back for 2013 in the form of the CCM Pro Arm & Body Protector. The CCM Pro has many of the same features of the "P1" with updated foams and construction techniques to create an incredibly mobile and protective unit. The CCM Pro features large shoulder wings for increased net coverage, and these wings (along with the floating sternum protector) are reinforced with carbon to achieve the highest level of performance and protection. A secondary HD foam shoulder cap sits underneath the shoulder floaters to provide even more protection to the shoulder joint. HD foam blocks and a hinged belly flap provide exceptional protection to the midsection. The arms feature HD foams from the shoulder to the wrist, and padding at the wrists is tapered to fit nicely inside the gloves. New for 2013, redesigned arm hinges offer more flexibility at the elbow to improve mobility and comfort. The arms are laced into the shoulder area which allows the length of the pads to be increased slightly for a custom fit. The elbows feature plastic and foam JDP (Joint Discharge Principle) elbow caps which disperse impact away from the elbow joint upon impact. The back of the unit features a wider spine design for protection and a new spine anchor system at the waist which also serves to balance the fit of the unit on the body.
