The ARMS are Laced on and are adjustable to the size you need .. Also the Bicep Areas have had extra foam added the middle arm protection has had a foam kit Added and Also has an inner foam chest cushion Added too .. I have 3 of these units and love there lightness mobility and PRO Protection at a low cost Then the Name Brand Units .. Great for the Young Goalies on a Budget ..
