This item is in used condition but has been well maintained. -Some plastic in the arm has been bent a bit over the duration of use but doesn't affect the protection at all. -The Velcro in the wrist strap is pulling away a bit but it doesn't affect its functionality it still works fine. -One of the plastic clips is broken but can easily replaced. It is currently tied anyway and it hasn't come loose at all during play.
