There is no indication of size on the gloves but I'm estimating 13" since I commonly wear 13'-14".
Condition is good for the age. Palms are in good shape with no holes. Some wearing on the outer finger fabric. Inner fabric on the left cuff has a cut as shown in the last photo but should be an easy repair to stitch together.
