Accuracy/Control

Forgiveness

Distance

Ping's G Series golf clubs have proved extremely popular among mid- and high-handicappers due to their extreme forgiveness and easy playability. And the Ping G15 Driver is no exception. Released in 2009, it was a game-changer for golfers seeking an easy launch off the tee. It features a seven percent larger face than the G10 model. A larger face coupled with the External Sole Weight Pad means it's more forgiving and lower-spinning, so even better players can take advantage. It has an innovative ultra-thin crown and feels good almost anywhere you hit it, which is a plus for the average golfer who needs to play more to strike the ball perfectly every time.

“

The Ping G15 driver is a classic for a reason. While definitely not the newest driver on the market, it's a great choice for those who prioritize control and a clean feel over raw distance. The G15 has a smaller, 440cc clubhead compared to today's drivers, but that translates to more precise shot shaping and better workability for skilled golfers. The forged titanium face has a crisp feel at impact, and provides more feedback than some modern drivers.
