This EvoShield XVT 2.0 batting helmet in black is a used item, barely worn for just a few weeks. It was too tight for me, so I needed a larger size. The helmet fits small to medium head sizes, approximately 6 1/2” to 7 1/8” hat size. Designed with a low-profile shell and fully wrapped ear pads, it offers protection with a sleek and lightweight feel. The helmet features dual-density, compression-molded padding placed strategically to maximize comfort and defense against high and tight pitches. It has two ear flaps, making it suitable for hitters on both sides of the plate. The foam and fabric have an antimicrobial treatment to control bacteria and odor. Additionally, the shell includes a venting system on top to help keep batters cool during intense moments at the plate. This batting helmet is SEI certified to meet NOCSAE standards for safety. It is a functional helmet with minimal use, suitable for a player seeking good protection in a smaller head size.
