This listing is for what seems to be rare (on the secondhand market at least) version of the Posey28 Pro Metal bat which was a “laxton cherry” color repaint of the CAT9 from 2021 (whereas the 2018 version of the Posey Pro Metal was a CAT7, and the 2020 edition was a CAT8 repaint). I purchased this bat myself secondhand to take BP with my kid at DBAT, but I have since switched to some inexpensive wood and BBCOR bats for the same purpose (mostly bc I felt like a loser hitting lasers as an adult with a USSSA bat designed for teens). Bat is in excellent condition structurally, with the usual paint-chipping you'd expect over time, and is as hot as you'd expect a drop 5 USSSA CAT9 to be-- which meant the sweet spot is way bigger than my BBCOR and wood bats, wo the ball screams off the bat (for me at least). The bat has a nearly new Lizard Skins grip tape that I slapped on when I purchased the bat.
