The Quatro Pro BBCOR bat is made using a two-piece and all-composite design. In addition, it is created with a Suspended Inner Barrel that will assist in making the bat lightweight and easy to swing. Because of that, both contact and power hitters should be able to have success with this bat. The performance capabilities of the barrel will be further complemented by the re-imagined F2 collar that should reduce bat drag during the swing and be stiff in its feel when connecting with a baseball. It has been discovered that a stiffer connection between the barrel and handle of a two-piece bat is highly desired by hitters. With a rigidly connected bat (like this Quatro Pro), batters feel as though all the strength they put into their swing gets transferred into the baseball at the point of contact. Lastly, if you buy a Blast Motion Sensor separately you can insert that performance tracking tool in the knob of this bat as it is equipped with the ability to hold that brand of performance sensor

Since then, Rawlings has made some adjustments to the barrel, thickened the sidewalls and made the bat more durable, but in doing so, they lessened the performance. The later models are not as popular as the early ones.
