Barrel is solid, crack and seam free, does have some minor chip/scratches as normal with a used bat, but paint is bright. End cap and connection point are tight. But they also tended to break, so DeMarini made them stronger, made them stiffer, made them more durable. And when they did that, the bats didn't hit as well. The early models were better performers than the later models.
