This is a MacGregor brand premium pro-hide catchers mitt, made in the USA and likely from the 1960s or 70s. There isn’t a model # anywhere so it could very well be custom made.
What is incredible about this mitt is that it is basically brand new. It was kept in a climate controlled area all these years and was never used. The leather of the glove is in immaculate “like-new” condition.
Over the years the lacing became dry and brittle, so I took all the old lacing out and replace it with high quality 3/16 REAL LEATHER tan lacing to keep the original look of the glove.
This glove is now ready for a new home. Like any new mitt it is stiff and will need to be broken in, which is pretty remarkable for a 50+ year old mitt.
