Wilson RH Infield A2000-XO Baseball Glove 11.5" (Used)

This Wilson A2000-XO (aka the 1786 glove) is vintage and pretty rare, seeing I couldn't find much about this particular model online. This glove was likely produced in the mid-1980s and served as the precursor to Wilson's "DP" (Dustin Pedroia) line for middle infielders. It was pretty stiff when I got it but after lots of leather cleaner, conditioner, oil, and salve, it softened up. The original chestnut color began to return and then I relaced it with new chocolate Rawlings laces. There is a tear (pictured) in the heel but it does not affect the lacing or the usability of the glove. Some of the other leather is still a bit cracked (near where the index finger comes out and rests on the back), but it's much better now that it's been hydrated. I also used some black acrylic to redo the lettering and logo. The end result is a damn fine glove from an iconic brand and model (The A2000) that shows a little age but still has plenty of life left.
