Only thing missing, and not mentioned or pictured was the knee tabs at the top of the pad.

shipping was so-so. seller didn't ship in a box, yet wrapped cardboard around 1/2 of package leaving the other sides exposed during shipping. exterior shoe box was also written on with sharpie "PEX PIPE". For a new item, this seems unacceptable.
