Good communication fast shipping

Pretty bad communication. Seller accepted offer but then was unresponsive for days. Skates were sent in a box 5 days after purchase with no bubble wrap or newspaper so the box was pretty damaged from the skates flying around in there. Product seems as advertised so that’s a plus.
