Sold "new" came with no hardware and wear on mount area. Purchased Friday, label generated Saturday. USPS still shows waiting for package Tuesday. Contacted seller - he told me to "relax" because it shipped Saturday. Package scanned into USPS 15 minutes from his house 30 minutes later.
