Very good experience and love the shaft!

Shipment got here with nothing inside. The tape was off and the white cap for the end of the cardboard tube was sideways, inside of the tube. I don't know if it was the shipper's fault for bad packaging or the post service handling it poorly. Either way I would like another shaft or my money refunded. To prove that this actually happened the mailman who delivered the package scanned it as broken. I hope to hear back from someone. Thanks
