Good product. Little slow on the shipping, but that might have just been a one time circumstance.

Super long shipping, 1+ months due to USPS. Communication was good but packaging was pretty bad, torn up paper wrapping all over. It didn’t help the shipping label was folded over the blade so that may have contributed to long shipping delay.
