Everything was as expected.

Bad business. Offer accepted 8/12, five days later, seller said could not get to the Post Office until 8/21. Asked 8/22/2021 if package had shipped. Said it shipped. Package arrived 9/1, actually shipped 8/24. Seller said he would send a “box of goodies” to make up for delays. Never arrived.
