This is the Queen of glove swagger. Great glove for a pitcher, infielder, or younger outfielder. This glove is really cool, my daughter is obsessed with it, but it’s just a bit too much glove for my 8u. Considered holding it for a couple years, but decided to sell it to upgrade her bat. It’s partially broken in and was used to play catch a handful of times, but we haven’t finished the job. There’s still plenty of room to mold it however you’d like. Note: Plastic glove tighteners (red plastic) will be removed - I just forgot to remove before taking pictures. Full description below: A lady can always count on an A2000 glove having top-quality leather. This specific A2000 will have the Pro Stock Leather that Wilson has been using for many years. It provides quality material on the catching surface and shell backing that will allow the glove to last for many seasons and hold its shape as long as it is cared for properly. The catching surface will also be covered with hundreds of dots that make up the Spin Control technology. This tech increases friction on a softball as it enters the glove. That extra friction reduces the chance that a ball can spin out of the glove’s grasp during the catch. In addition to the glove’s shell, the leather material that makes up the inner hand lining will be something to write home about. That hand lining will feature the Pro Lux leather that will be butter-soft and it will increasingly mold to a player’s hand every time they slip on the glove. Along with top-quality leather, you can also expect A2000s to provide the Dual Welting feature that can be seen on the backing of the fingers of the glove. Those two lines that run vertically on the finger backings also exist within the finger stalls of the inner hand lining of the glove. This Dual Welting works alongside the Pro Stock leather to make sure the fingers display a quintessential “glove shape” throughout the glove’s entire life. This A2000 pops with sky blue, red & white colors! This USA-themed color design makes it perfect for Kelsey as she is going to be starring for Team USA in the Olympics! The 12” length & closed web combo is great for versatility. Due to that length and web combination, this glove can be used in the pitcher’s circle and also at 2B, SS & 3B. Lastly, don’t gloss over the SnakeSkin design of the glove. This glove’s backing is embossed with a SnakeSkin stamp that leaves the leather on the back looking like it was made from real snakeskin.
