Also good for players learning swing mechanics, given that the Amethyst has a balanced swing weight which allows young players to focus on proper mechanics without feeling overwhelmed by a heavier bat. Compared to top-of-the-line fastpitch bats, the Amethyst offers a good value for its price point.
