That is why it is stamped not for retail sale. Bat never made it to the demo facility and has seen no use. Bats are packaged for safe and secure shipment. Bat is brand new and ready to tear up the softball field. Bat does have a few extremely small paint chips that are shown in pics. Any chips or marks are from handling and being transported from one area to another. That is the reason bat is listed as New-Other. I post many pics so you can examine the bat closely.
