The HEAD The Day is a specialized powder and freeride machine designed for those who live for deep snow and wide-open bowls. Its standout feature is the long, floaty nose and a significantly tapered swallowtail, which naturally sinks the rear of the board to keep the nose effortlessly above the surface. Built with a Hybrid Camber Pop profile—camber underfoot for control and rocker in the nose for lift—it provides a surfy, agile feel in the trees while maintaining enough edge hold to carve back to the lift on groomed terrain. With its bamboo stringers and lightweight wood core, The Day is a high-performance tool for the intermediate to advanced rider looking to master the backcountry. Condition Report Top Sheet Condition: 7.0 This top sheet condition will show moderate to heavy scratching and likely has several chips along the edges from standard use. Some of these chips may have been sealed with epoxy to prevent moisture from entering the core. There is no structural damage, but the wear is visible across the surface of the board. Base Condition: 7.5 This base condition describes a board with a fair amount of scratching. It will have a few deeper scratches or gouges that require P-TEX repairs and a full tune to restore a smooth gliding surface. The board is safe to ride as-is, but a professional shop tune is recommended to maximize your speed and performance in deep snow.
