Rode these for one season. Was super intrigued by the idea of "linerless" snowboard boots. They are SUPER comfortable, great for the park and in awesome condition. I am more of a carver myself so I ride stiffer boots as my everyday. I would say they would also be good for a new rider due to their overall comfort.
