Elan Ripsticks. These are awesome. Used only *2* times. Bindings alone are $300 since they were 99% new. Most sellers on here are selling very used equipment. Upgrading to a ski that matches my size--otherwise I would probably keep it. A little bit about the ski and my experience: Ease of turn makes these perfect for progressing beginner or intermediate who wants an all Mountain with but can also carve and turn on groomers easily. The Elan Amphibio technology makes it great for someone new who also needs all-mountain width (i.e not perfect groomers that may be a little tracked out from the day or mid-day snowstorm--narrower skis are not so great for those conditions). I really enjoyed these skis, but at my size and weight, they scraped a good bit on steep terrain. Protector bindings are the best you can get IMO--adds a little more cost to the sale but releases 180 degrees on both the toe and heel. Has full lateral heel release that protects against knee injuries. The bindings came out last year and are flying off the shelves. These alone go for 300 new. Also, they are on a power rail so there is no need to remount them if your boot size is different than mine. If you value safety for your knees, these are the bindings you want. Currently selling for $300+ in stores just for these. Only selling because they ended up being too short (172) and I'm 6' 200lbs. Found out the hard way. These are better suited for someone shorter or 20+ lbs lighter. Good luck in your search for skis and I hope you consider these. Note: Retail price shown is with bindings included. 900 for Elan and 300 for bindings. So 590. is a steal IMO.
