Not only do these meet FIS GS standards, they are also a great choice for younger skiers getting into speed events like Super G and DH. The 35 m turn radius in this 195 cm length does not meet FIS speed event requirements, but it's a great stepping stone from shorter radius GS skis to the big SG and DH boards. These long radius GS skis have actually become very popular for that use! You don't necessarily have to be a ski racer to enjoy these skis, however.
