With a 108mm waist and twin tips, Line’s Sir Francis Bacon mixes the best of big mountain and park skiing. Light and floaty enough to handle the powder, and rockered enough to rip through the park, the Sir Francis Bacon has been known for a decade as a ‘one-quiver’ ski. Topsheet looks good. The bases have light scraping and one deeper nick (not to the core). Ultimately, the skis are in very good shape but they could use a tune “A true quiver crusher for the man whose playground is the entire mountain, the Line Skis Sir Francis Bacon Skis are equally at home hitting kickers in the backcountry as they are laying trenches on the groomed. If your idea of a good day involves spending the morning hunting freshies, afternoons hucking cliffs, and wrapping up the day with some cool down laps on the groomers, then the Bacons are most definitely the skis for you.”
