The Nordica Sentra SL 7 is a high performance carving ski designed for advanced and expert women skiers who want snappy, responsive performance on firm snow. It has a short turn radius of 12 meters at 160 cm, which is designed to make a series of linked, short radius turns all the way down the mountain. The shape of the ski is supported by construction materials that provide excellent torsional stiffness and power. Essentially the ski uses two sheets of metal surrounding a balsa wood core. The balsa helps keep the overall weight at a minimum, while the metal provides the power, stability, stiffness, and vibration dampening that high speed skiers demand. The 70 mm waist width offers quick transitions from edge to edge, making turns feel completely seamless as you go from one carving turn to the next. The full camber profile is a nod to the ski's race heritage and delivers unmatched edge grip and power.
