The 85mm waist can be very edgy on the groomers and can lay down some nice carves, and give you support and stability in the fresh snow or bumps. Konic Technology takes heavier material away from the center and moves it toward the edges. By moving weight the ski has a lower swingweight making it easier to maneuver with power, strength and stability. A layer of titanal adds dampness and power while you're moving fast down the mountain. The iKonic 85Ti has Hybritech Sidewalls that has a slight Cap Construction on the tips and tails with the majority of the ski having a Vertical Sidewall for better edge hold and higher torsional strength. The Tapered Tip makes the ski easier to maneuver in soft snow without being grabbed by difficult conditions.
