The 2022 Head V-Shape V4 XL in a 177cm length is a specialized front-side ski built for taller or heavier intermediate skiers who need extra leverage and a stable platform. While the standard V4 is a narrow carver, the "XL" version features a wider 84mm waist, providing a much smoother ride in soft afternoon slush or light crud compared to traditional narrow grooming skis. Constructed using Head's LYT Tech and reinforced with Graphene, these skis are incredibly light for their size, which helps reduce leg fatigue during full days on the mountain. The Allride Rocker in the tip combined with a 16m radius offers a balanced feel—long enough to provide stability at higher speeds, yet nimble enough to initiate turns with minimal effort.
