The Blizzard Rustler 9 is the narrowest and most frontside-oriented model in the popular Rustler freeride lineup, built for advanced skiers who want a playful, agile ski capable of excelling in all resort conditions. With a versatile 96 mm waist, it offers quick edge-to-edge response on groomers while maintaining enough float and maneuverability for bumps, trees, and fresh snow.
The ski’s performance is defined by Blizzard’s sophisticated construction. It features the TrueBlend Free Woodcore, which uses stringers of different wood densities running the length of the ski. This carefully engineered core creates a softer, more playful flex in the tip and tail (for easy initiation and finish) and a stronger, stiffer flex underfoot (for stability and power). This design, combined with a specialized Carbon Flipcore that strategically places carbon fiber, enhances the ski's stability without adding weight. The Dynamic Release Technology (D.R.T.) reduces the metal laminate in the tip and tail, making the ski easier to steer and more forgiving. The resulting Rocker-Camber-Rocker profile allows for a balanced blend of float, grip, and playfulness.
Condition
Top Condition: 8 / 10 - The topsheets show light cosmetic wear, including minor scuffing and scratches consistent with regular resort use. There are no deep chips, gouges, or structural damage.
Base Condition: 7.5 / 10 - The bases have noticeable surface scratching and minor scuffs, which are cosmetic. Edges are clean and intact, but the base will benefit significantly from a professional tune and wax to remove surface imperfections.
