Mint Condition: The Rossignol Experience 98 is a rarity - a ski that will lay down race-like GS carves and is still wide enough to handle the fresh. This is a perfect choice for the all mountain expert skier with a technical background who doesn't want to give up power or edgehold in their daily ski. Featuring Extended Sidecut to put down even more edge when the ski is laid over, Rossignol's Cascade Tip for improved swing weight and a solid wood and titanium sandwich construction, the Experience 98 will blow you away. The real strength of the Experience 98 is its ability to make light work of any conditions – it can rail fast turns on hardpack, smash through crud and still float through the powder. It’s a stiff ski and needs to be taken in hand by someone with the skills to use it, but if you can handle it, it represents a true one-quiver ski.

Skiers who want a versatile ski that can handle everything from groomed runs to off-piste adventures.

The Rossignol Experience ski offers a balanced blend of stability and agility. LCT technology ensures smooth turns, while the progressive sidecut and HD Core TI provide a dampened ride. This versatile ski is perfect for skiers of all levels seeking a reliable and enjoyable experience on the slopes.

Although Rossignol is mostly known for World Cup-inspired carving skis, they really did knock it out of the park with their take on the all-mountain concept. I wouldn’t be going out on a limb by saying that they didn’t quite produce a dedicated pair of freeriders, but that wasn’t really what they were going for. These skis are more than able to handle some off-piste and glade skiing while also keeping together on groomed runs as well as you’d expect a Rossignol product to perform (which is quite well, for the record).
