Broken in weapon X
1 review
Used it for a high school season as a fogo. Liked it very much for faceoffs but it was impossible to stay on as an o mid with it. Overall a good head would recommend.
The ECD Weapon X faceoff head, designed in partnership with Greg "Beast" Gurenlian, features a proprietary FlexForm material for strength and flexibility. There is strategically placed flex points for enhanced responsiveness and a short throat for improved leverage and control. With various iterations like the Weapon X Pro and custom options, it remains a leading choice in the faceoff world.
The Weapon X was made to compete with the Nike CEO line and is popular amongst faceoff guys throughout college. The idea is that it will flex the same every single time. So, it won't flex a little bit lower; it won't flex a little bit higher. It will flex in the same spot, holding the same shape with its warp resistance technology. The throat of the head was made to be as pinched as possible without becoming illegal, so right around that 3” requirement.
