This head is probably as close to mint as you can get for an original STX Excalibur. I've included detailed photos - I'm amazed there are no scrapes or cracks anywhere on this head. The Excalibur is arguably the most-popular head from the late 80s to early 90s. This head was originally released in 1985 and was the first lacrosse head to feature open sidewalls. I believe it was the first head with the octagonal throat as well, but I'm not sure on that one. It was very innovative at the time and a must-have for any collectors out there.
