These are 18" x 18" flooring tiles from a roller hockey rink. They can be used to set up an area to skate (roller, not ice) in your basement, driveway or backyard and they could also be used as shooting tiles once you apply some kind of silicone lubricant on them to make them more slippery. Green biscuits work great on these tiles and the tiles easily click together as shown in the 3rd photo. They show typical signs of use with some abrasions and marks from sticks and roller hockey wheels as well as some dirt on some of them.
