The Vapor 3X RH inline skates are a low-profile design, ideal for players with low-volume foot measurements.
Included in the quarter package of this skate is injected tech mesh with a quarter ventilation & abrasion guard. The benefits of such construction are support and thermoformability for an optimal fit and improved skating performance. Inside the boot, Bauer combines Comfort Response and Aero Foam padding for added support, as well as some personalized comfort in the ankle thanks to the thermoformable properties of these technologies.
The Vapor 3X RH skate includes a hydrophobic microfiber liner and Bauer’s Form Fit footbed. The liner is designed for a soft feel and holds moisture management properties to help wick sweat away and promote foot lockage in the boot. Additionally, the footbed is lined with memory foam to give a true comfort feel as soon as you step in the skate.
The tongue in this skate is a pro stock tongue with an injected metatarsal guard for solid protection, comfort and flexibility. The toe cap of this skate has been upgraded to be asymmetrical with new vent shapes. The asymmetrical toe cap gives you a better overall feel, while the new vent shapes help keep your feet dry.
Under the boot, a clear TPU, non-woven outer sole supports Hi-LO CNC chassis. This frame uses two 76-mm wheels in the front and two 80-mm wheels in the back, giving the skater an increased attack angle for more speed and control, using the advantages that come with both small and large wheels.
Speaking of wheels, Bauer uses Labeda Gripper Crossover. The Gripper wheels were the first hockey wheels to bring the Flex Technology to inline hockey with its smaller core design that allows the urethane to flex, therefore maximizing grip and speed.
With enough high-end technologies, the Vapor 3X RH skate is an excellent choice for the player looking for a performance skate at a mid-range price point.
