Very lightweight. The Trigger 9 Pro offers a few unique items vs other retail sticks. First, it's a low kick stick that makes for a lightning-fast release to keep the goalie off balance. Next would be the shaft design. The elliptical shaft "E" makes for a round but also concave duel side to fit very nicely in your palms. Lastly, the weight comes in around 380 grams.
