Bought these for my 16u son on an emergency basis because his runner latch broke and couldn't be fixed. He used them for 2 games and 3 or 4 practice before I could get him a pair of Ribcores. He didn't like the feel compared to his old skates. They have never been baked. Current edge is 1/2. There are just a few minor blemishes and original box.

Perfect skates for:

Developing players who want a comfortable, well-fitted skate with solid Tacks construction and reliable performance at a mid-range price.

The Tacks XF 70 features a 2D Metaframe synthetic composite boot with a stiffness rating of 140 for solid skating performance at a competitive price, paired with multi-layered memory foam ankle padding that wraps anatomically around the foot for a comfortable, customized feel.
