These are brand new with cosmetic blemishes. The cosmetic blemishes are due to True adding an additional layer of carbon fiber on the shell of the boot to increase durability and protection. This is only noticeable due to the different carbon fiber weave pattern that the stock boot comes in compared to the custom carbon fiber weave true uses for their svh skates, which is the what they used to lay the additional layer. **True now adds this additional layer to all their True Catalyst Pro custom skates.**
These were made for my feet and I wear a 7d/fit 2/regular in retail brands like Bauer and ccm, however true skates are very heat moldable and if you fall outside a d/regular width, these will fit no problem.
These do NOT come with any steel.
