New Bauer Nexus Havok Skates Senior Size 9 (SMU-7000 w/ upgrades)

The Bauer Nexus Havok skates are a model based on the Nexus N7000 which feature added performance upgrades as well as unique graphic upgrades. The Nexus line of skates from Bauer provide a volume fit with additional room built in the skate for players with wider feet and high insteps. The quarter package of the skate features a tech mesh nylon material designed to provide longer last while maintaining good stiffness resulting in a better power transfer. The Havok skates feature an upgraded liner from the N9000 that offers a Hydra Max 2 mesh with graphics and wear patches on the inside of the top eyelet. Lightweight memory foam ankle pads are sandwiched between the liner and quarter package for an extremely comfortable fit feel even out of the box. As well, the Havok offers the N900 tongue, with a 3-piece construction of 48 oz. black felt. This helps better fit the contours of your foot for additional comfort. As well, a molded metatarsal guard protects your foot from any lace bite or binding. Moving down the skate, an upgraded lightweight composite outsole provides stability and reduces torsion of the skate when striding. The Bauer Lightspeed Edge holder sits 3mm taller than the previous Lightspeed 2 holder to tighten the turning radius of the skate. Upgraded Tuuk Lightspeed 2 steel accompanies the holder and provides a longer lasting edge and move consistent sharpening each time. Upgrades include a three-piece 48 oz. felt tongue with molded metatarsal guard, LS2 Edge steel, a Hydra Max mesh liner with wear patches around the top eyelets and a composite outsole. This is the same skate as the BAUER NEXUS FREEZE.
