This was the elite-level skate from Bauer. The boot is very stiff, ideal for the player who skates multiple times per week; the stiffness provides protection for the foot, as well as translating power from the body into the ice, giving you a more powerful stride. The quarter package comes with an ultra lightweight upper with thermoformed x-rib pattern and Bauers traditional HYDRA MAX liner with pro-integrated anatomical heel/ankle support. If that wasn`t enough, you`ll also get lighweight form fit ankle pads, upgraded tongue with lace bite channel and high density metatarsal guard. The footbed provides unbelievable fit and comfort with grip moisture management and heel stabilzer. This was one of Bauer`s best skates in the X line terms of quality and durability. The boot and holder have very minor scuffs, but the tongue and liner are in excellent condition. The tendon guard is stiff and has never been bent. All rivets are tight and corrosion free. This is a rare skate for those with wide, hard-to-fit feet!
