Used Senior CCM Ultra Tacks Hockey Skates Size 9D

CCM Ultra Tack skates with Speedblade 4.0 blade holders and SB Black runners - basically an NHL quality setup. The boot is an AttackFrame 2, a two-piece carbon composite technology with excellent heel-lock and maximum energy transfer to the blade. Inside is multi-density foam, a TotalDri liner, and a heat-moldable core. The tongue is three layers of 7mm TritechPro felt and an HDPE foam metatarsal guard that protects you well from lace bite, slashing, and slap shots. The blade holder is well-regarded for speed and cornering, and the SB Black runners are oxide treated to reduce corrosion and extend the life of a fresh edge. I absolutely adore these skates, and have used them on and off for a couple of years. But I have a competing pair of Bauer Nexus 7000s that are a better fit for my feet - a wider toe box for my absurdly big toes. Seems crazy and wasteful to have both pairs, and I've finally decided to stick with my Bauers. So these guys need a new home. Condition is very good. The boots are good-looking, super-stiff, and have the appropriate evidence of a couple of seasons on them. The blade holders are perfect, with a few puck marks. And the blades themselves are actually nearly new - sharpened only three times. Ultra Tacks are pretty rare, and were pretty quickly overtaken by the latest Super Tacks, whose Monoframe boot exceeds the Attackframe2 ever so slightly because it is one solid piece of carbon fiber, instead of two.
