Bauer Nexus 8000 Skates - Size 9D Like new Bauer Nexus 8000 skates. These were the top of the line Bauer skates offered at the time 2016-2017 and are still highly sought after by competitive players. They have very little wear with just a few marks on them from siticks and pucks and we’re only used for a month or so by my 15 year-old son before going with a half size smaller in the same nexus skates. They were put away at the time and not used. As an added plus, the weaker Bauer Fusion steel that was known to have issues and that originally came on these skates has already been replaced and upgraded to the stronger and taller LS4 Steel. They are the stiffest skates offered by Bauer and offer a Hard shiny outer shell that offers superior puck protection from hard shots. The skates are the widest and deepest fitting skates that Bauer offers and in my opinion the best anatomically fitting line they offer. They come from a smoke-free and pet-free home and have no smell. They have been ionized cleaned.
