Seller description

These are Bauer Vapor 3X youth hockey skates, model year 2021, built with Bauer's Fit 2 system designed to offer a regular (D&R) width for a balanced fit. The Vapor 3X features a low kick point that allows for quick, explosive starts and agile maneuvers on the ice, suited for players who rely on speed and quickness. The construction focuses on a responsive feel without sacrificing support, making it a solid choice for developing players who want to improve acceleration and edge control. These skates are used but still functional for on-ice performances. This size 6.5 youth skate fits players typically in the 11-13 age range who have a regular foot width and are looking for a skate that supports quick directional changes. Ideal for forwards or defensemen who prioritize agility and quick skating bursts, these skates will suit intermediate to advanced players progressing through competitive youth hockey.

Great skate

For the money, this is a great skate. Hiking up to 2-3 times a week beer league use. Heat molding works great.

Great condition!

The skates were in great condition. My child loved the skates! The photo was deceiving, there was a shadow that appeared to be runners, but to my surprise the skates did not have runners. They were a great deal even though I had to buy runners for them.

Bauer is the best

Great skates, heat-moldable boot allows for customized fit. Flexible for good manuverability. Replaceable blades extend the life of the boot and allow for custom profiling. A win in my book!

Great Youth Skate

The Bauer Vapor 3X skates deliver an excellent balance of speed, comfort, and durability. They provide a snug, responsive fit that gives great confidence during quick cuts and fast transitions on the ice. The boot breaks in well, and the overall feel remains comfortable through long practices and games. For players wanting strong performance at a mid-range price point, the Vapor 3X is a fantastic choice.

A Welcomed Upgrade

I got back into hockey about 4 years ago after a long layoff, and have been skating on some old sets of skates. My most recent pair was a set of Reeboks that just weren't cutting it, so when I saw these Bauer Vapor 3Xs in my size, I jumped on them and I couldn't be more happy. I used them before I even had them heat formed to my foot and they were light years better in comfort, stability and weight. I feel like my weight transfered better through these skates than any of my previous pairs and every cut and stop felt smooth. I'll be getting my second game in with them this week after having them formed and am pretty stoked to see how they feel/perform.

The Bauer Vapor 3X hockey skates are ideal for performance-driven players who skate frequently and need a balance of comfort and value. They feature a lightweight composite boot for support and custom fit, a comfortable 40-ounce felt tongue, and a durable Lightspeed Edge holder with LS+ stainless steel blades. Known for quickness and agility, the Vapor line offers the 3X as an affordable option that retains many features of higher-end models.
