These are fantastic, lightweight skates designed for quickness and agility, making them perfect for young players developing their skills on the ice. My child used these around age 7, so they are generally a great fit for kids aged 6 to 8, depending on their shoe size. Condition Notes: They have been actively used and show normal signs of cosmetic wear, including scuffs and scratches on the toe caps and the boots (please see all photos for the exact condition). However, there is no structural damage, and they still have plenty of life left for another young player. They come with bright neon green laces as pictured. The X4s are great for the recreational hockey player. The boot is comfortable right out of the box and should last you a long time. The skate feels lightweight and responsive, making it easy to maneuver on the ice. The blade holds an edge well and provides good stability. While it may not have all the top-tier features of the X5 Pro, the X4 offers a great balance of performance and affordability.
