Basically new Bauer Vapor X2.9’s. Selling because the goons at MonkeySports fit me with the complete wrong size and type of skate. ( I’m fairly new to the sport so I didn’t know any better ). They’ve been worn for 4 games and 4 practices, so they really are in excellent condition and have been well taken care of the 2 months that I’ve had them. The reason I’m selling the skates so ridiculously cheap is because a friend of mine generously sold me a pair of Pro Stock Bauer’s for a fraction of the price, in return I’m paying it forward to the next person who may be in search of great skates but doesn’t quite have the funds.

Perfect skates for:
Competitive players who like easy blade swapping and a low-volume fit.

The Bauer Vapor X2.7 hockey skate is designed for competitive players who value comfort and performance. It features a one-piece 3D Polycarb quarter for a snug fit, enhanced by the Comfort Flex system. Memory foam ankle padding and a microfiber liner offer added comfort, while the Tuuk Lightspeed Edge holder enables easy blade swapping. This low-volume skate is responsive, making it ideal for agile players, and provides a good balance of features and affordability.

I've had these many times; it's a mid-tier, performance-level skate where you can undoubtedly play a few seasons (probably not in the NHL), but in University, high-level competitive play. The X2.7 has a quick-release holder, and the Vapor fit will be a bit lower, snug, and flexible. The top-level pro-Vapors might last you three years, whereas these might last one and a half two years, but it's the same kind of comfort. It just comes down to your abilities.
