Bought these for beer league and I ended wearing no shoulder pads (mainly because they are too big for me). I used them about 4 or 5 times total. They are pretty much new. Been sitting in a bin in my garage for the past 3 years so I figure it's time to sell them.
One thing that is cool about these is that they have the carbon fiber sternum and spine protection that is made with the same carbon fiber from the top of the line CCM skates. They also have a removable/reposition-able velcro belly pad in the front. They are super light and offer a ton of protection (top of the line model).
