Great shape, just a hair too big for me. I tied straps (as pictured) as shin pads are for a larger person. Can be untied if needed. Velcro still works great. I used after a knee injury and i can tell you blocking a slap shot in the shin guards has never as comfortable with any other pads than these (barely even feel the impact).
