Used CCM Tacks AS 580 Shin Pads 14”. I bought these pads on Sideline Swap after injuring my knee falling on my ancient Victoriaville junior 13 1/2” shin guards. These AS 580 pads have impressive quality and features and are in good condition. The inserts are removable. I am a 5’6” 134 pound senior pickup player. Plus I’m a forward. I put my Bauer 2S Pro skate tongues under my shin pads. To be honest, I just couldn’t get used to the bulk of these pads. I would say these would be good for a d-man and/or somebody that needs serious protection and likes a beefy shin pad.
