In really good shape. I only wore them for one season. Velcro works great, no rips or tears. These are the best shin guards I have ever had by far. Bauer replaced the majority of the once plastic shell with Curv composite technology, these pads are feather light and much more protective. The knee cap is an injected molded piece and features ample foam inserts before tapering down into the composite powered shin guard. The calf wrap features familiar AEROLITE Technology that also makes its way up into the thigh protector. AEROLITE is used to ensure the components are plenty protective without adding excess weight. Finally, the liner is powered by 37.5 fabric amplified by Bauer's new Tech Mesh process where a system of miniature supports separate the layers of fabric creating a channel for airflow to move through and dissipate the moisture.
