The 3-piece design with Dry Foam line provide great mobility and comfort due to the closed cell foam that absorbs less sweat to keep the player dry and the elbow pads light. When it comes to the forearm protection, CCM uses molded PE with extended coverage to provide a high level of protection. The elbow cap on the Jetspeed FT390 elbow pads is a molded PE cap with JDP design. The JDP cap design redirects the impact force around the joint, all while providing a great fit. Moving up to the bicep protection, CCM used a molded PE shell in the Jetspeed FT390 elbow pads to offer lightweight protection. When it comes to attaching the elbow pad, CCM uses three straps: One at the bicep, one over the middle of the pad, and one over the forearm. The bicep strap is a new arched strap that keeps the pad closer to the body without compromising freedom of movement. The middle strap is an anatomical neoprene strap that helps keep the elbow closer to the pad. The forearm strap is a nylon strap that help secure the pad in place.
